Our team is looking to recruit a trainee solicitor/associate solicitor with experience or a junior attorney-at-law who enjoys copyright and telecommunications law in particular, ideally with an overlap into construction law. Job Description: Utilizing knowledge of copyright, telecommunications and contract law in the complete drafting and review of subscriber/partner contractual documentation and other legal documents; participating in the detection and enforcement of infringements of clients' rights, particularly those related to broadcasting, consents and licences granted, including the possibility of representing them in proceedings; operational legal support to clients in the field of telecommunications and (acquired) broadcasters, including participation in clients' development projects and participation in contractual negotiations with partners, including, if interested, overlapping into construction projects; drafting legal documentation in other legal areas, drafting, reviewing and analysing legal solutions; participation in finding and creating unique solutions for clients' projects (especially in e-commerce).
